OVERVIEW
Winning Sales Negotiations is an intensive course that helps professionals master the art and science of securing successful business deals through effective negotiation techniques. You will learn to create strategic plans that align with organisational goals and market positions.

Through practical exercises, you will develop skills in analysing business contexts and interpersonal dynamics, enabling you to prepare comprehensive assessments for negotiations. TARGET LEARNERS
This course is targeted at anyone involved in sales negotiaions including account executives, business development managers and sales operations directors, including other professionals looking to transition into a career in one of these roles.

PRE-REQUISITES

At least one month work experience in a sales capacity

Speak, write, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6, and at a Workplace Numeracy Level 5

At least a diploma or equivalent


Learning Outcomes

Develop a strategic negotiation plan that defines organizational objectives and desired outcomes, producing a documented framework for win-win negotiations.

Analyse negotiation contexts and interpersonal dynamics to create a comprehensive situational assessment report for effective negotiation preparation.

Evaluate cultural factors and stakeholder positions to produce a detailed counterparty analysis report for negotiation preparation.

Apply communication and conflict resolution techniques in a simulated sales negotiation scenario, demonstrating effective process management skills.

Design a negotiation strategy based on historical precedents and team capabilities, producing a detailed roles and responsibilities matrix.

Create a complete negotiation documentation package including records, follow-up plans, and outcome evaluations.
