OVERVIEW
The CRM & Sales Automation Bootcamp delivers comprehensive training in managing and analysing customer relationships through modern digital systems. You will master the essential skills needed to transform customer data into actionable business intelligence.
Throughout the programme, you will learn to develop detailed customer segmentation reports and gain proficiency in analysing commercial activities using advanced CRM tools. The course emphasises practical applications of purchase history analysis and customer feedback integration to create meaningful business insights.
The bootcamp covers crucial aspects of market analysis, teaching you to synthesise competitor insights with CRM data to generate strategic recommendations. You will also learn to implement robust data privacy frameworks that align with current PDPA requirements, ensuring ethical handling of customer information.
A significant portion of the course focuses on system integration, where you will design frameworks that combine data mining with CRM architectures. This knowledge enables you to create efficient multi-source data synthesis implementation strategies for your organisation.
The final component addresses customer interaction optimisation, teaching you to evaluate and enhance identity management processes. You will learn to assess customer engagement systems and develop strategies for continuous improvement of business relationships.

TARGET LEARNERS
This course is targeted at account executives, sales operations specialists, CRM analysts, revenue optimization managers, and solution consultants, including other professionals looking to transition into a career in one of these roles.

PRE-REQUISITES
21 years and above
At least one month work experience in a sales capacity
Speak, write, listen and read English at a proficiency level not lower than the Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6, and at a Workplace Numeracy Level 5
At least a diploma or equivalent

Develop a consumer intelligence report integrating purchase history data and customer feedback analysis to demonstrate data synthesis capabilities

Generate a market analysis report synthesizing competitor insights and CRM data to provide actionable customer intelligence recommendations.

Design a data privacy compliance framework incorporating PDPA requirements to create a comprehensive data protection protocol.

Design an integrated data mining and CRM system framework to produce a multi-source data synthesis implementation plan.
